Shipping policy

If you are local to Delve Interiors we are happy to arrange collection of an item.

Postage & packaging is free!

Normal dispatches can take up to 5-7 working days. We will always try to get your items to you as soon as possible. We will inform you if your items are delayed for any reason. 

Larger items such as furniture will take longer as these will be arranged via courier service. We will always endeavour to let you know when you can expect your item. 

 If your item is a gift we are happy to offer gift wrapping free of charge just let us know when you place your order!

DELIVERY & RESPONSIBILTY

Please be aware that Delve Interiors do not accept liability for any lost or stolen packages or notes left with neighbours and the postal man/woman. Please be mindful when you are expecting deliveries from us. We may check in with you to see if you have received your goods.

 Here at Delve Interiors we try to use as much recycled packaging as possible. If we aren’t able to use existing packaging we will always use materials that can be fully recycled. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Refunds and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item. All items must be in the same condition as they were when they left the shop. Please ensure it is packed in the original packaging. If you are local to us we are happy to arrange a collection.
